My name is Patrice, and I am a school portrait photographer with Patsions (passions) Photography. I am excited to return this 2026 school year to capture fine art portraits of your little ones. My mission is to provide an authentic, timeless, and joyful experience for families while ensuring photo day is seamless for the school.
To keep the process comfortable and efficient, children visit the portrait area in groups. I spend a few minutes with each child using a soft, minimal (nude) backdrop to highlight their unique personality through natural expressions.
Parents will be invited to an online gallery featuring 2-5 images per child in both color and black-and-white. Siblings will participate in both an individual portrait session and a joint session together. An additional 2-5 portraits are included in their personalized online gallery. Prints are available starting at $20, and individual digital downloads start at $50.
A $35 deposit is required for (1) child, and $90 for (2) siblings which both will be fully credited towards your portrait purchase.

Fine art school portraits offer a contemporary take on school photography. By moving away from forced poses and busy backgrounds, I use a minimalist setting to focus on natural expressions. My goal is to capture each child's genuine spirit, allowing their true personality to shine through in every image.

Groups of students will visit the photography space as a unit. I spend a couple of minutes with each little one to document their genuine personality through various shots. This efficient and stress-free approach ensures every child remains relaxed while maintaining a seamless flow for the school.

Solid colors photograph best. Please avoid large logos, busy patterns, or neon colors as they can distract from your child’s portrait. Since all photos are headshots, the top half of your child’s outfit is the most important.

The timeline for viewing your child’s gallery typically ranges from 3-4 weeks, depending on the school's size. Once the gallery is live, parents can choose to purchase print products or digital files, which are sent directly via email.
To keep shipping costs affordable for families, I place a bulk order for all print products after the two-week gallery window closes. While digital delivery is immediate upon purchase, please allow an additional 2 weeks for the production of physical prints. Completed print orders will be delivered to the school for convenient parental pick-up.
